The future of the Larkshall Pub on Larkshall Road has been assured as a new team opened it's doors once more in December 2021.
The building partially dates back to the 16th Century making it one of the oldest in Chingford.
There was much concern when the lease to Greene King, who were operating the pub, expired and locals didn't know what the owners were planning. Local councillors and MP, Sir Iain Duncan Smith worked tirelessly to understand future plans for the pub, meeting with several stakeholders.
Your local councillors worked with residents to engage with potential operators as this much-loved pub offered an amazing business opportunity for the right vendor.
