TELL IDS

Waltham Forest Council have now released their proposed ‘Site Allocation’ plan which identifies 65 sites for development in and around Waltham Forest. Many concerned residents have already contacted me saying they think some of these proposals are high-rise and overdevelopment and will change the very nature of places such as North Chingford & Highams Park, let alone put pressure on local infrastructure, schools doctors, utilities etc.
